1. How it works

Refer a friend, colleague, or business who needs web development services.

You must ensure the referred person is aware of and consents to their details being shared with us, or alternatively, provide them with your unique referral code to contact us directly.

When their project is confirmed with a signed agreement and payment received, you will receive 10% of the total project revenue (excluding VAT) as your referral reward.

2. Reward Options

Referral rewards can be redeemed as:

🎁 Amazon e-gift card

The preferred option must be communicated to us upon reward confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Referral rewards will be paid within 14 working days after full payment for the referred project is received by the Company.

4. No Limits on Referrals

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Each qualifying referral will earn a reward.

5. Tax Responsibility

Any tax liability arising from receiving referral rewards remains the responsibility of the referrer. The Company will record payments as marketing expenses in its accounts.

6. Right to Amend or Terminate

The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Public posting of referral invitations, sharing your unique referral code on social media, coupon sites, or mass distribution channels is strictly prohibited.

Referrals must come from your direct personal or professional network.

The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if referrals arise from unsolicited, mass, or public communications, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

8. Right to Amend or Terminate

The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
